hello, I am having problems with updating my computer. so once I got home I turned on my windows 8 computer and it had updates, well the power got cut off and the computer got turned off during updates, I went to go fix the power problem and once I came back turned on the computer got stuck on fail applying update C0000034 applying update SySwow64. me thinking that was world of warcraft I went and deleted it ( dumb mistake ) then I replaced it with a sysWoW64 file from windows 7 laptop, and now all it says is your pc ran into some errors we are collecting info on the problem and will restart it for you proccess1_installation_failure. PLEASE HELP BEEN ON THIS PROBLEM FOR OVER 12HRS.

um sry but none of that was working. I was going into the part with windows recovery environment and got all the way to going into trouble shoot advanced options and then nothing cause it only has system restore, system image recovery startup repair command prompt, and UEFI firmware settings. and if I use system restore right it will says error message to use system restore u must specifiy which windows installation to restore. restart this computer select an operating system and then select sys restore, then I try system image recov that wont work cause don't have it fixed or what not so it just cant basically then I try startup repair it will go diagnose my pc then  attempting repairs then says startup repairs couldn't repair your pc then shut down or back to adv option then I try command prompt since I don't really know how to use it I don't besides bring up note pad. but then I go back and try UEFI firmware setting it brings up weird page I panic and go back or turn off computer. all I wanna know how to do is completely go back from those updates and fix all the problems I have caused please help me. ty for your time.

Please provide the whole error message.
Do you mean that you cant normally boot the computer and startup repair and system restore not work?

If so, please contact the manufacturer to check the hardware issue.

Additionally, if you have the system image backup, you can use the system image backup to repair your computer.
