Need help re-configuring Windows 7/ Windows 8 dual boot setup

Greetings,

I currently have a 500 GB hard drive that is split into the following partitions: 1) Windows 7 Pro x64 (original install) - 390 GB and  2) Windows 8 Pro x64- 74 GB.  In the Disk Management tool I also see there is a "System Reserved" partition of 100 MB.  I originally had this setup just to try out Windows 8, but I'm starting to use Windows 8 more and find myself running out of space in my 74 GB partition.  I have to keep the Windows 7 setup in tact.  My plan was to move the Windows 8 partition from Disk0 to a new 500 GB disk drive (Disk1) and then re-establish the dual-boot setup.  I also have another drive as a multi-media drive, which would become Disk2 in this proposed plan.  So my question is two-fold: 1) what tools can I use to move the Windows 8 partition to a new drive? and 2) how do I re-establish dual booting on my computer as it was before, only difference is I'm dual booting to 2 different hard drives instead of one?

Any guidance is greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
