I know this is Windows 8.1 forum, but I cant find a Windows 8 forum. I have 5 license key packs for Windows 8 Pro with a free upgrade to windows 8.1 pro. Can some one please tell me where I can download a Windows 8.0 Pro ISO? I also need to install the ISO from a USB drive. The laptops I am working with don't have DVD drives. I know this is a weird setup but I have been given the task to upgrade these to 8.1 Pro.

You can create your own from the current installation by using the media creation tool

You should be able to acquire the installation media from the Upgrade Windows with only a product key page from Windows Support. Just make sure you click the Install Windows 8 link, not Install Windows 8.1. Once you install Windows 8 you can upgrade to Windows 8.1 through the Windows Store. See Update to Windows 8.1 from Windows 8.
