Hi NTRao,

The main issue is to improve the performance of the machine, right?
We can try the following steps to have a check.
1.Run the built-in troubleshoot to have a diagnostic.
Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Troubleshooting\All Categories\System Maintenance
2.Run the built-in disk cleanup tool to cleanup the disks.
3.Remove the unused programs.Run the fixit tool to clean the registry keys after uninstalling the software.
Fix problems that programs cannot be installed or uninstalled
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/mats/program_install_and_uninstall
4.Run the built-in too to Defragment your hard disk drive
a.Click Start, and then click My Computer.
b.Right-click Local Disk, and then click Properties.
c.Click the Tools tab, and then click Defragment Now.
d.The Disk Defragmenter dialog box appears. Click your hard disk drive, and then click Defragment.

I haven`t heared about an official script to do this.It is not recommended to midify the registry keys directly especially using the third party tools to clean the registry keys. They may result in unexpected behavior.

Best regards

Hi NTRao,

"But I need everything in one step like VBScript"

There is no need to do this. This operation will be performed automatically everyday if it is not disabled. We can configure the running time.

The maintenance script is located :C:\Windows\diagnostics\scheduled\Maintenance

Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Action Center\Automatic Maintenance
