Need Help Sending and Receiving Mail
I cannot receive nor send mail in Outlook Express because it wants a password. I have never used a password to get my mail before. Someone I contacted said there was a malfunction in my computer, but everything else works. How do I get my mail? Please help.

1. This forum is for Microsoft Outlook, not Outlook Express, the two are VERY diifferent. This issue generally occurs if you have not entered the correct user name and password. The username and password is provided by the email service provider so that your Outlook or Outlook express can connect to webmail and receive mails. You can contact your email service provider (ESP) to get the right user name and password.Ruchi Bisht
