I bought and downloaded Windows 8 Pro. I updated to 8.1 Pro with Media. I am missing drivers and need to re-install them but the OM Product Key will not input. I can not connect to the help desk assistance for them to input the product key. It reads that i have an error.

You do not need the Product key to download drivers  from the computer makers site.  That is where you should go

Please see your system activation state check if the it is "activated"

If you couldnt entry your product key, you may type slui in searching box and start Windows activation by clicking slui app.

Change product key" link is not available in Windows 8

Note: Windows 8 product key cannot be used for activation of Windows 8.1

The drivers in Windows 8 might not be supported by Windows 8.1, you could search for new driver by using Windows or

as what ZigZag suggested download new version from device manufacturer website.

Download and install drivers
