When opening a new window while surfing the complete MSNNavigation bar and back/forward buttons disappear so I have no access. I have to click to view navigation bar two times to restore it, or I must close the window and start over again. VERY ANNOYING trying to navigate through any website!!! I've had this issue since "upgrading to I.E. 8. How do I fix it?

Possibly you have Full Screen enabled and this is happening more generally than you explained?Try hitting F11 and see what happens.Also, find the "gear" on the right-side of the MenuBar. You'll find Full Screen (checkmark option) and various other ToolBar options there.One other trick - you can hide(or might have already hidden) the MenuBar, then click Alt to make it re-appear.Lots of handy things. But once something vanishes, it's sometimes pretty confusingto make it visible again.
