Last night I upgraded from Windows 8.0 to 8.1. Today my internet connection is coming up limited and I can't access the internet. ALL of my other electronics using the same Wi-Fi network there is no problem. I need my computer for an online class. I have a HP Pavilion 15 Sleekbook

Have you tried to reinstall NIC driver for test? Except this, you can use ipconfig /all command to check the IP status.

In addition, you can try to use network troubleshooter to fix this problem for test.
