Hi I am not able to print from my laptop which is having Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. I am trying to print from HP Laserjet P1102. PLease Help. Thanks

1. Make sure the printer is powered on but unplug it from your laptop. 2. Download the software from here: ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/COL32431/bi-80329-4/LJP1100_P1560_P1600_Full_Solution.exe (It's about 150MB so it may take a few minutes) 3. Run the software, the wizard will guide you through the set-up process and ask you to plug your printer in.
