I am using XP and Explorer 8 - recently I cannot gain direct access to internet from an email link?I have tried downloading a suggested 'fix' but no changePlease do a system restore. Pick a date when you did not have this problem as your restore point.I don't use XP. So, I can't tell you how to check whether your IE8 has all the defaults. Could you be a little more descriptive? What fix did you try? What do you mean by access to internet from an email link? How do you normally send emails? Who is your mail service provider?
