I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO RECONFIGURE NETWORK ADAPTORS AND HOW TO TURN ON THE CNS FOR WINDOWS 8. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP

We would appreciate it if you can share us more details of the issue .
Are you coming across a network issue ?

Usually we can configure the network adaptor from the properties tab .
Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Network and Sharing Center\Change adapter settings,right click the adapter you want to configure and choose "Properties" to configure .

If you come across a network issue ,we can try to run the troubleshoot tool to have a check.
Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Troubleshooting\Network and Internet\Network Adapter

As for "CNS ", would you please share us the full name of this setting ?
