Hello my computer crashed and I just reinstalled Windows XP Home Edition on my Sony Vaio laptop but now my wireless light won't even come on and it says there is no sound device installed on my computer.. im not sure what to do to get my internet and sound working again!! i connect wirelessly to a router in my house, i do not connect using a cable because the router is in a different room. Your help would be greatly appreciated!!Thank you!

you most likely need to do this... go to the start menu hit control panel go to network connection right click on ur connection make sure it says disable if it says enable click it and follow the steps

tht gets it connected to the internet again i hve no idea about the sound thing though

If you find that your wireless card network is not disabled, make sure you have installed your wireless network card driver (I recommand to you to check that all of your computer drivers are installed). Best regards.
