NAS access blocked
After suffering not being able to access my DLink DNS323 NAS device, with W7 telling me that I wasn't authorised to view, I set up a new box which could connect just fine.I then added, in turn, all the other items on the original W7 test box and found that it was the 'Windows Live ID Sign in Assistant' that caused the blockage.I added and removed this acouple of times to confirm the action and also suggested it to another DNS323 user, who was successful.Hope this might help someone else,ColinIf anyone answers your query successfully, please mark it as 'Helpful', to guide other users.

My innocent NAS drive suddenly would not allow access to my desktop. I had no troubles during my Vista days, and in the days following upgrading to the Win7RC, it worked find. I followed all of the advice provided by fellow masochists to no avail....until I removed the Windows Live ID Sign in Assistant. Now all is well. Thanks for the tip!
