Are you using a laptop? If so, is it possible that the wireless switch on the case has been inadvertently turned off?

Strictly speaking you mean WLAN not WAN which is something different (Wide area network). Never mind, is the wireless adapter appearing in Device Manager?

Hi, If the wireless adapter appears in Device manager, go to the wireless adapter vendor's download center and install the latest wireless adapter driver. If not list, go to the laptop manufacture's download website to check if any BIOS update available. Or contact their support for more accurate information. System restore can be under consideration at this point too.
