My vx-2000 works so far, but I cannot send photos through email. I click on email below the picture, I get the box to type in the email address, but I get an error message and the email does no go thru.
I snap a photo, the vx-2000 makes an old fashioned click. I get the photo at the bottom of the webpage, I click on "send in email", get "Send pictures via E-mail" box, click on OK, get the box that says on the top blue bar "Emailing xx-x-x--x-x-xxxx (numbers), I punch in the email address I want to send the photo to, clikc the Send box, then get an error message from Outlook Express and the email fails.

Hi,1. What is the exact error message that you get in Outlook Express?2. What’s you operating system?Outlook Express cannot be used in Windows 7. So I am assuming that you are using Windows XP. HiI assume that OE is configured correctly configured as the default email client, and works well to receive and send email. It might be that the format of the picture that is generated by the vx-2000 is not compatible to be send as is by email.Save the picture to a file Zip the file and attach the zipped file to an outgoing text email.
