My system was Microsoft Windows XP 2002 sp2. Now it is MSPro2010
My system was Microsoft Windows XP 2002 sp2. On 10-25-10 I bought Microsoft Office Professional 2010. I started to down it from the Microsoft site and I was told by the site that my system needed to have XP 2002 sp3 in order to down load. I went to the Microsoft site and installed the sp3 update and promptly lost my Outlook Express Mail. I contacted Microsoft by phone and asked what had happened to Outlook Express Mail and the gentlemen said when I down loaded Microsoft Office Professional 2010 it would restore the file. It did not and I am franticly looking to restore the contents. Can you help or they lost forever?

Installing SP3 does not remove Outlook Express and installing Office won't get it back. What makes you think you lost it?Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]--------------------------------https://mvp.support.microsoft.com/profile/Brian.TillmanIf a reply helps, please vote it as helpful.
