          friends I m in huge trouble my PCs is not shutting  Down,,,, it win 8 and win7... during shutting down its got stuck on shutting down process mode..

 Plz help me out.... ?

Hi,

For this issue,I would like to know if your installation media was a customizable image.

If the installation media was a pure image, and you didn't install any third-party software,I think the issue is related to hardware.

I suggest you use "check disk" tool to check your hard disk.

1.Press Win+E to open your "This PC".

2.Right-click the hard disk drive that you want to check, and then click Properties.

3.Click the Tools tab, and then, under Error-checking, click Check Now.

4.Click Scan drive.

Also, use Windows memory Diagnostic to check your computer for memory problems.

1.Press Win+Q, and type mem, and select "Diagnose your computer's memory problems" in the list.
