My sound disappeared from my xp dell laptop. I cannot do a system restore or start any programs including norton 360. I can't even go online with my dialup connection. The look of the windows and the menu bar has also changed. Please help!

Hello xpdelllaptop I think you have some sort of malwareDownload and run the fix for "exe" files from this siteIf that lets you run your programs download and run Malwarebytes to remove the nasties.NoteIt is possible that the problem will return after a reboot until you have cleaned them all out..
