Whenever I try to use spell check a install window appears and after two attemps it informs me that a error occurred that prevented me from using it. The solutions on my assistance page assume that I have outlook and/or that windows xp disc ( I have neither). When I tried to email on line to tech support it informs me that I have no internet connection (what gives with that?). Can somone come up with a solution for me? 1 person got this answerI do too

Outlook Express has no native ability to do spellchecking. That feature was provided by having MS Office installed. I'm not sure what has changed in your situation, but a workaround would be to install one of the free Outlook Express spellchecking programs instead.
