Hi i bought this device but never used it i just got it because my laptop doesn't have a disc drive i knew i would need one just in case well thing is i need to use it i have toshiba satellite E-55 windows 8.1 . the problem is when i plug the device this message will pop up "the last usb device you connected to this computer malfunctioned, and windows does not recognize it." But is new i don't think is broken.
