My internet keeps going on and off
My internet goes on and off every 5mins but can also stay on for about max 30min if i'm lucky. i try to diagnose it but i gett different answers each time. Windows has confirmed that this computer is currently experiencing a network connectivity problem, and the Firewall Query user error. I saw a thread here that worked for me for about 4 days it was about uinstalling the network card and restarting my computer but this problem started yesterday again and i tried to do the same as before. but the problem is still there. Hi, What security software are installed and running currently? When will the connection be off, idle? I would suggest perform a full disk scan using your antivirus software to make sure the system is clean first. After that, in case this issue is due to conflict with certain third party software, let us prepare clean boot to troubleshoot.
