NO I MEAN THAT THE DRIVER D IS FULL, DOES THIS HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH QUALITY OF VIDEO OR STREAM SPEED , AS I CANT WATCH A FULL EPISODE WITHOUT IT STOPPING EVERY MINUTE OR SO I JUST WAS LOOKING IN PROPERTIES AND FOUND THAT THE SPACE LEFT IS NONE: I DONT HAVE ANY MOVIES IN MY FILES

I answered your question as you had it written. Now you yell at me. (posting in all capital letters is considered rude and makes posts hard to read.) Drive D is your CD/DVD drive not driver. Your question just doesn't make sense to me now so I'll WAG it. The reason your drive shows full in the properties is that any closed CD or DVD (home made or retail purchased movie) will always show with no space left. The disk in the drive can't be written to. If you had a rewritable disk in the drive then it would normally show space left. What you are seeing is a normal situation with respect to having no space on a purchased DVD. If you are having pauses in video in the drive it can be because the drive's lenses are dirty, the actual disk is dirty, the computer is set up wrong and the disk isn't being buffered into memory correctly and a number of other issues. Did your problem just start or has it been ongoing?

Not to be too critical but it really looks like you need a new "computer guy" as it is inexcusable to erase data files when installing a new operating system especially if he didn't create a backup of the drive or files. Having to reinstall the programs is normal but data should never be lost. You are apparently having different issues which could be related to malware and/or improper drivers or hardware issues for your computer. I would recommend that you take the computer to a reputable small "mom & pop" type of computer store to have your repairs made. Big box stores, such as Staples, Best Buy, etc. are NOT reputable in computer repairs. Take any installation disks that you have for the computer, along with a good description of what is happening.
