My desktop computer will not connect to Internet Explorer. The message said to contact Microsoft.
The following is the message that appears on my screen when I try to connect to Internet Explorer: "Network Diagnostics for Windows XP. Contact the company that provides you Windows XP Product Support. You can also use another computer to visit online support services on the Microsoft website."I am using my lap top to contact you about my desk top computer. I am not very computer literate, so please do not use a lot of 'technical terms' in your response. My lap top has Vista & my wireless router is working fine. My desktop is Windows XP running on cable connection from Heartland Cable Broadband. Thank you for helping me.1 person needs an answerI do too
