My dell laptop won't recognize a wire internet connection
visiting at our son's home and they have cable internet. however, my laptop doesn't recognize the internet service1 person needs an answerI do too

Go to Network ConnectionRight Click on NetworkOpen the Properties Dialog BoxOn General TabClickInternet Protocol andClick on PropertiesIf You have DHCP please select automatic radio buttonif not manually configure Internet Protocol.
