I was having trouble with a program that locked up so I decided to restart in safe mode to see if that would clear up the issue. My computer will not boot to safe mode(F8). I even tried F2 it just skips over to a list of what ever( goes really fast) to windows and opens normal. The second issue -I decided to go into setup and when it opened to half screen? I have seen that before and it is a display issue somewhere - but since I cant get into safe mode or setup I cant fix anything. Oh and i did do a display setting check and all seems normal>? I am using a dual head card but (somewhat new-1 year old working fine)I dont have a haldf screen in windows.I cant for the life of me figure out why it willl not go into safe mode-I recently did a reformat.. everything is fresh and new on hard drive..and everything is working as normal- except this little wierd safe mode thing and setups1 person needs an answerI do too
