Hello.. u maybe wonder how i can write this bcuz my computer is shuttingdown auto... I'm running safe mode with networking.. Ok.. So this is my problem If i start my PC and goto the desktop.. Than i need to goto the taskmanger and quit all unkown tasks... Because someone of them is the problem of my computer shuttingdown.. A couple of questions for you: 1) When did this start happening? 2) Do you have Anti-Virus software installed on your computer? 3) Did this specific issue start happening after installing updates from Windows Update? This happend yesterday.... And yes... I got anti-Virus! I got microsoft essentials.. And no this didn't happend when the update was coming..

Hi, Do you mean that the issue also occurs in Safe Mode with networking? If not, please test the issue again in Safe Mode and see how it works. Also, please try the following: 1.
