My computer keeps shutting down. I did a clean boot and it didn't help.
I did a clean boot, and then steps to use normal startup state. Some times it goes down as I'm in the middle of something, sometimes before I even get logged on it goes down, and then back up. It tells me to remove caching or shadowing, have no idea what that means. 1 person needs an answerI do too

You are probably having hardware problems. You can test the hardware yourself: http://www.elephantboycomputers.com/page2.html#Hardware_Tshoot Testing hardware failures often involves swapping out suspected parts with known-good parts. If you can't do the testing yourself and/or are uncomfortable opening your computer, take the machine to a professional computer repair shop (not your local equivalent of BigComputerStore/GeekSquad). If possible, have all your data backed up before you take the machine into a shop.MS-MVP - Elephant Boy Computers - Don't Panic!
