My computer freezes up and the only way to get it to come back on is to hit the reset button. It has done this since the day I got the computer.
I have talked to my internet protection people and they say it must be something to do with microsoft software. The people I bought the computer from can't get it to duplicate the problem so they can't fix it. It happens wether I am on the internet or not so that is why I tend to think it is a microsoft issue.1 person got this answerI do too
