I have talked to my internet protection people and they say it must be something to do with microsoft software. The people I bought the computer from can't get it to duplicate the problem so they can't fix it. It happens wether I am on the internet or not so that is why I tend to think it is a microsoft issue.1 person needs an answerI do too

If it was truly a Microsoft issue, you PC sellers should be able to duplicate it easily enough. How old is the computer? If this is a Windows problem then a clean reinstall or a reset to factory condition would fix it. Being that this was present from the very first day that you got the computer then I'm inclined to think that this is a hardware problem, call the ones who sold you the computer for help, if I had received such a machine I would have returned it immediately, computers are not supposed to work like this when they come new out of the box!
