My computer doesn't remember my email address after the computer is turned off and then on, even with the "remember me" box checked.

I tried mthe "internet options, privacy settings, etc," and settings to allow the appropriate cookies, and this doesn't help.1 person got this answerI do too

You tried the 'internet options/Privacy settings/cookies/etc',okay, got that, but?What else did you tinker with, in "Internet Options"?Did you CLICK on the "DELETE" buttton, AFTER you TICKED the "Delete browsing history on EXIT"?This would have given you another window (of Options) to look at.Did you ALTER any/all of those?And, I also agree with Saurabh, about the "AutoComplete", with one exception, and, that is the very nature of your request that does suggest that EITHER you are a 'NEWBEE' to computers OR that you have just done a full-reinstallation of the Operating System.......that the AutoComplete program has NOT kicked in yet!
