3 people know the password and none of us were able to get in. What can be done to reset the password or to get the password to be accepted? We have no set-up disc.2 people got this answerI do too

1. Make sure Caps Lock is off. 2. Try a different keyboard. If that doesn't help, blank the password with NTpasswd. Download the bootable CD .iso, burn with third-party burning software such as Roxio, Nero, or the free ImgBurn . Burnas an image, not as data. Boot with the media you created. You may need to change the boot order in the BIOS or get a temporary boot order menu with a special keypress. NTpasswd will run.
