My Windows 7 doesn't allow my browsers to connect to the internet
right I've had this problem for over a year. I've contacted the "tech guys" as was told i'd need to send my computer to the shop i bought it from, o they could fix it but the problems is I am only a student and I dont have £60 which would be used just to check it not to repair it. the cmd shows that it can contact sites like google (tech guys showed me this) but when I open my browsers (Internet Explorer and Google Chrome) they both state they cannot display the webpage i doesn't matter which webpage i try to access it just doesn't work. Chrome states it is having trouble accessing the network. this all doesnt make sense as the computer is linked to the interent through wireless. I've tried it with a cable and i still get the same result. I have also tried the troubleshooting programes, they have made no difference as it says it cannot detect any problems. I've taken down firewalls and nothing has changed. i need help

Hi, Does this issue occur in Safe Mode with networking? Have you tested in another network environment to see how it works? I would like to suggest you take the following steps to check the result: 1. This issue would be caused by the firewall and anti-virus software, just try to temporarily uninstall anti-virus program for test. 2. Update the network adapter driver to the latest. 3. Flush the DNS record: Ipconfig /dnsflush Alex ZhaoPlease remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
