Hi Ajay,That worked!!!The only thing I changed was, that I added a % in front of USERPROFILE% so that it looked like this%USERPROFILE%\Application Data Instead of like this USERPROFILE%\Application DataNot sure if that was necessary to do- but, again - it WORKED...Thank you very very much for your time and help is solving this for me.Sincerely,Frank

I actually have the same issue with IE in Windows 7 Professional. It started when I had IE8 and kept on even when I upgraded to IE9. I applied the fix mentioned above just for grins and giggles, not sure what will happen, but do you have any other suggestions for us Windows 7 users if taking \Roaming off of the end of AppData in that RegKey doesn't work?

So far I am still having this issue and the fix above is not working for me. I have not used any utilities to delete my cookies and checking Norton Internet Security 2011 did not show that any cookies were deleted in any routine scan yesterday that would have resulted in the loss of all of my login data today when I logged in to my computer. This is really getting to be a real pain in the ____ as most every site I go to requires me to enter my login and password information.
