Hi Frank, Step 1: Many users have fixed similar issue by following the steps below: a) Click Start > Run> type in regedit, then click OK Navigate to the locationb) HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Explorer/User Shell Foldersc) Now, a list with several entries appears on the right side. Double-click AppData.d) Type in USERPROFILE%\Application Data in “value data” box and then click Ok Check to see if the issue persistsImportant This section, method, or task contains steps that tell you how to modify the registry. However, serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you follow these steps carefully.
