Remember - This is a public forum so never post private information such as email or phone My daughter received a warning that she had several trojan viruses on her computer which she thought had come from her AVG Virus checker, so she downloaded what turned out to be My Security Shield. Now it has taken over her computer and won't even let her open AVG. Is there any way I can get rid of it for her please? 2 people need an answerI do too
