Every Time i start my computer up its as if im starting it up for the first time it(Windows) will not remember my personal settings. All my programs are there but even the programs that i have registered all ready i have to re-register. every thing from the screensaver to my audio settings i have to re do over again i thought i was the battery on the motherboard but i changed it and its still doing the same thing.1 person needs an answerI do too
