Hi folks,I need help.We have a peer to peer network here in our company, for some reason, my boss computerhave issue when he open My Network Place and it take like 30 sec or more to be able to display other computers or shared document on the network.My computer or other don't have that issue. We have about 18 PC on the network.Anyone have a clue why it take long time to be able to see other computer/shareon the network place? I check all the setting, firewall, antiviruses, etc. butcouldn't find the problem. Hi Jack, The problem is that his computer have this issue, all other computer on the networkseem to work fine, delay is about almost instant computer to his computer. Duringweekend when he come into to use the computer, it take forever to seeother computer on the network when only some were needed to be on to runsome testing program. Also, I read that some user have 25 plus computerin a peer to peer network. Any other suggestion are all welcome.

This type of issues is almost impossible to solve over forums.On peer-to peer network there info relate to the computers stored on the Router and each computer. XP has master browser considerations too. If IPs are dynamic, they might shift the IP numbers and more, unless someone actually sits there, it is impossible to deal with it.As for the 25 computers peer-to-peer.
