My Scanner is not identifying by  identifying by windows 8 or windows 8.1 preview.

Actually the driver is designed for Windows XP and could install in Windows 7 through programme compatibility mode.

So, are you trying compatibility mode in W8 too?  What happens?

Yes I am. Compatibility mode in windows 8 is not working. So I forced to install windows 7 to use my Scanner
