Windows 7 - how do I capture/redirect USB001 to LPT1:?

I know a bunch of older applications just don't know of USB, they are hardwired to look for LPT1 for printing, I see many folks using 3rd party applications to perform printer redirection on old printers, or buying a USB to printer port hardware converter plug. Bing! USB to LTP1 printing and there are several to look at.:P Advice offered, If you need more help it is advised to seek the council and advice of paid professionals. The answer is always 42, or reboot.
