Must reset Network Connection after transferring a lot of data.
I transfer a lot of files across my network, and whenever I don't limit the speed, a certain event happens not too long after. Things will be going along transferring at 10Mb/s when instantaneously my speed will drop to < 1Kb/s and won't go any faster unless I restart my computer or disable and re-enable my network connection. I have tried to diagnose the problem myself, looking at the packets being transferred, there isn't anything out of the ordinary that happens at this time, I also checked the event viewer and there are no events that happen at this time. It isn't completely reproducible since I can only make it happen by uncapping my connection and waiting for my speeds to drop. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem, or at least another way of approaching it would be greatly appreciated. Since this problem has started I have reformatted the Windows partition and nothing changed.
