When I started my computer this morning I got the following message: C:\window\system32\config\systemprofile\desktop refers to a location that is unavalable. Can get on the internet but cannot run any programs from stat menu. tried to run msconfig: windows cannot find 'search: query-msconfig.exe'. Also got the same message with CMD was able to run AVG scan - 0 problems found. Cannot access download menu.
