I did an upgrade of Vista Ultimate to 7 Ultimate. After the upgrade, I now get a screen during boot asking if I want to boot to Win 7 or an earlier version of Windows. I have no earlier version installed, why am I suddenly getting this and how can I get rid of it?

The third party tool JoelbX provided is a good option to edit boot entry.Here is the default method to modify BCD entry. Just for reference. Please go to Start --- Search box, input CMD. It will find "cmd.exe". Right click on it and choose Run as Administrator. Now we got a DOS-like window. Please input "Bcdedit" and click Enter. We will get a list. Let's notice the "Windows Boot Loader".
