Mouse settings in control panel do not work
I'm using Windows 7 basic and I am using a logitech laser mouse. As of a couple of months ago I was able to change the setting for my mouse in control panel, but now whenever I click it for the settings the USB flash memory I am using (for speedboost) starts flashing to show that it is working, but I get no window for the mouse settings. It gives me nothing at all. I tried sfc /scannow but that has not fixed the problem. Any suggestions will help. Thanks.

Hi Tahrann Third party hardware devices such as those from Logitech usually have their own drivers and software. Please go to the following website. Logitech Support + Downloads Enter the details for that device and check for the latest drivers/software. Also check for any known issues with Windows 7 compatibility. Let us know what you find. Thank You for using Windows 7 Ronnie Vernon MVP

I was thinking that was the case but was hoping that it wasn't. Thank you for your help, I would probably have to uninstall logitech's control program to let me use control panel, but I'm not having any real problems so this is an "If it isn't broke, don't fix it" thing. Thanks again.
