I have the same problem as clearly explained in the linkbelow. Depending on what I am doing from program to program the mouse may freeze in 5 min or 2 hrs or 6 hours. I tried to check the malware and hardware at the lpost below but the pages do not open up.I have gone into Safe Mode and for the few prograns I tried I did not have a problem. The first time I recall having the problem was after updating MS Messenger (not to long ago) one version back from the current update although that may have nothing to with it.
