Have XP home edition...when I run the defrag utility from the accessories menu I get a message "Cannot start defgrag utility"...I did chkdsk /f / r and some of the other suggestions...still doesn't work...short of re-loading windows completely again, what are my options...Thanks1 person needs an answerI do too
