More Wireless-N woes
I am running Windows 7 on a MacBook 2.2 GHz (Late 2007, MB062LL/A) with 4 GB RAM. Windows is run via Boot Camp on a 25 GB partition. While running Windows 7, I am having great difficulty connecting to my home Wireless-N network. The connection point is a Linksys WRT160N unit, with WPA2-PSK encryption and SSID disabled for stealth. Since I live in an apartment where (a) everyone has his or her own Wi-Fi, (b) no public access is available and (c) there appears to be a rampant local pirate/cracker culture, security is imperative--turning these features off is not an option.I have no problem connecting to this same network when booted into other OSes, including older versions of Windows, Mac OS X and Linux, so the network itself is not at fault.
