Monthly reports TMG

I'm having trouble with monthly report on my tmg array. Site and user activity reports show only one week information. I choose last 30 days in reports details but start date of this report is One week ago, End Date is now.

Hi,

Thank you for the update.

Firstly, please install the latest rollup 1 for TMG SP2 and check if you have selected Enable Daily and Monthly Summaries.

I have exactly the same problem. It's weird that such basic functionality is apparently broken and no solution available...

I have this problem too. I guess, the issue must be find in date format. The manual "On-Time" report of the last month works properly, but the recurring monthly job gets empty data back.

I'm not sure if i should set the SYSTEM locale Region and Language to us english and if this work immediately by the report or if then the logs will be saved in other time format for the future reportings.

Until now i have not found a solution except to generate reports manually.

Best regards

I'll put in a call to Pro Support. This is ridiculous.

If I get a solution I'll post it here.

I translated saving logs to the external database. Now collect the reports manually. Solving the above problems are not found
