Laptop - Windows XP; when I use to put my pc into Standby mode, the modem (AT&T 2-Wire 2701MG-B) Ethernet light would go off - I liked that. However, now the light goes out but comes back on. I'd like it to remain off unless an application is scheduled to go out to the web. Please advise.
