....and now the Apps have the wrong name "Jow" instead of "Joe" e.g ""Jow's Calendar. I have corrected the name in my MS account info but the issue persists. Any suggestions on how to correct this?

Delete the current profile, once deleted recreate the login profile with correct username.

I would recommend that you create a new profile first and make sure you set the proper access rights (administrator) on it before deleting your old profile.

Hi,

Before deleting the account, we can try to disconnect your Microsoft account on this computer and reconnect it to see what's going on.

Open regedit and do a search for Jow. replace it with Joe.
