Missing rundll32.exe file
Hi! My problem is that everytime I turn on my computer I get the following error message saying that c:windows\system32\rundll32.exe file is missing.....while booting up and I get pop-up errors saying my Firewall prot. is off...my automatic updates is off...its just a mess.I purchased my laptop from BB and had Windows XP already installed so I do not have a CD available. Is there another way?? please send email be VERY much appreciated!! Thank you1 person needs an answerI do too

i have two solutions for this:1-go to C:\Windows\System32 if you don't find rundll32.exe go to C:\Windows\winsxsand search for rundll32.exe if found copy it to C:\Windows\System32Note :Showing Files Extensions Must Be Enabled in the explorer organizing options 2-Use another Computer with the same xp version and with a flash drive copy C:\Windows\System32\rundll32.exe in the other computer to C:\Windows\System32 in your computer
